A Supremee Court Judge Nomination... It is truely amazing that MSNBC finds it necessary to post the results of this question, or even ask the question, and to have 30,000 people that are interested in the subject. A Supreme Court judge, I'd bet it would be very difficult to find 1000 MSNBC reader that could name or than two of the current Supreme Court appointees. This my friends is nothing more than 21st century propaganda. Where the press has determined it to be their job, to affect the alignment of the highest court in the nation. We have a president that has nominated the man, and a senate that will need to confirm that he is not an axe murderer, and capable of making decisions. But that is not good enough for the press, they want to be certain that he will only rule in the liberal fashion, that he will create law from the bench. Enact laws where they can side step the standard process, where the people in this nation ask for the laws and representatives create the laws due to the peoples request.
